Before you apply
Eligibilty Criteria
- Identify as a francophone member of the Black community
- Should be between age 15 and 30 years old
- Must have valid Canadian work authorization (Citizen, PR, Work Permit, or Refugee status).
How we get you there
From graduate to professional
We provide specialized modules in Employment Services (ES), Employment Skills (EST), and Entrepreneurship
Unlike traditional internships, we place every successful participant into a paid role with an employer partner, ensuring they gain immediate income and professional references
Students are matched with industry mentors for 1-on-1 and group sessions focusing on ATS optimization, LinkedIn branding, and mock interviews
